Chirpr Launches Instant Global Translation — Social Media Without Borders

Today we’re thrilled to announce that Chirpr now speaks six languages, instantly and seamlessly: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. This launch covers over 90% of Europe and the Americas, and by the end of the year we plan to add all major world languages with the goal of reaching 90% worldwide coverage.

The first truly global social media network
For the first time, fans anywhere in the world can join the same conversation in real time, regardless of what language they speak. Every chirp is automatically translated the instant it’s posted. There’s no “see translation” button, no delay, and no friction. Everyone sees every message in their own language, instantly. You can also toggle back to see the original text to preserve nuance and context.

How fans will use it
Fans across continents can watch a Champions League match and share reactions while each person types in their own language and reads in their own language. Viewers of a Grand Slam tennis final can talk point by point with zero language barrier. Music lovers from São Paulo to Paris can compare first-listen impressions during an album drop in real time. TV fans can join watch parties without worrying about subtitles or translations.

What makes Chirpr different
Unlike other social apps where translation is an afterthought, Chirpr translates every post immediately when it’s published. It’s automatic, seamless, and instant. There are no separate feeds and no need to click for context—Chirpr ensures that every user is part of the same global conversation.

Quotes
Mia Albert, Founder & CEO of Chirpr: “This lets people around the world talk together in real time without being divided by language. Fans in Europe, North America, and South America can all be part of the same live conversation.”

Brian Albert, Co-Founder & CTO of Chirpr: “The moment someone posts, our system translates that chirp into multiple languages and delivers it immediately. No waiting, no separate translation feed.”

What’s next
We’re starting with six major languages that cover most users in the Americas and Europe. By year’s end, we’ll expand to include all major languages and move toward 90% global coverage so fans everywhere can join the same conversation. Our long-term goal is to make language barriers disappear across every sport, concert, and show.
